About Inna

Hey there! Thank you for following this journey with me and trusting me to be a part of yours as well.

I’m Inna. I’ve been married to my best friend, Alex, since 2007. We are both foodies and love to try new restaurants and cafes all the time. That is our favorite way to bond, over food. We have five children. Boy, do they teach us a lot! We love every stage of their life and currently enjoying teenager stage with a mix of elementary too. Alex and I both run a food business, Inna’s Pierogi Shop in Lititz, Pa. Growing up in a Ukrainian home and being a foodie, I was naturally drawn to open a food business with an Eastern European touch. This has been one of the hardest things I’ve done by far with the combination of being a mom in between. And this is why I am here.

When I opened Inna’s Pierogi Shop, I felt alone. I wasn’t alone physically, but there was no community around me. No mama is doing what I did. I didn’t have another mom to learn from or walk this journey with. I felt a little crazy. What mom who has five kids under ten opens a business and one of the most time consuming ones too? Well, that was me. And that is why I don’t want you to walk this journey alone like I did.
